Meridian Care (business ID 2783289-4) sells products to adult individuals, companies and communities in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT 24%. Prices are displayed in the online shop. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
The products you want to order are selected on the website by adding them to your shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products and the delivery charges. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation will indicate the products ordered and the price.
The e-commerce payment provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy appears on the statement of account and invoice as the recipient of the payment. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. The payment is secure as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the information about the payment transaction.
A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.
Flexible bill and instalment is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexusto is for individuals who have a good record of managing their finances. With Flexusto, you get 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Flexible instalments cost €3.90/month and carry a credit interest rate of 19.90%. Delivery methods and costs
Your order will be delivered by post. The delivery costs are 5,00 € regardless of the size of the order. If you wish, your order can also be sent as a Matkahuolto parcel. Please mention this in the order details.
If you want to pick up your order, you can do that too. Please be so kind, and in that case you will place your order via e-mail, as the technology of the online shop does not allow you to place an order without paying delivery charges. You will receive an invoice for the payment of the order (pick-up orders ordered by e-mail always come without delivery charges), and a pick-up time will be agreed at the same time.
Right of withdrawal and refund conditions
You have the right under consumer protection law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. In the cancellation notice, you must state your name, address, date of order, product and send it by email to [email protected] or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition.
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer, but we will refund the full cost afterwards if you have contacted us before returning the product and followed our instructions (we do not accept returns sent by postal order). Please include a copy of the cancellation notice with your return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge you for the reduction in value. You must present an order confirmation, receipt or other proof of the place and date of purchase when returning or complaining about the product.
If you wish to return products, please contact us directly (preferably by email). When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details and your account number for a refund. We will refund your payment in full (including the cost of returning the goods if they have been returned by the cheapest possible method or otherwise in accordance with our instructions) within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, provided that the goods have been returned or can be proved to have been posted to the return address.

All gift cards have a 14-day right of return or exchange. The right of return or exchange is subject to the gift card not having been used.
NOTE! The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products manufactured or modified at the customer’s request (e.g. labelled products) (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16). The exception is of course in the case of a defect, i.e. the defective product will always be replaced by the correct one.
Non-redemption is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed delivery for which no separate cancellation notice has been given, we will charge you the costs we incur for the return and handling of the shipment, but not less than €10.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address stated in the Right of withdrawal and return conditions or by calling the telephone number stated in the contact details. If the package is damaged at the Post Office, you must immediately make a claim to the Post Office.
A faulty product (for example, incorrect labelling, or otherwise defective product) may be exchanged for a similar product. If a new equivalent product cannot be supplied, the price you paid for the product and the costs of returning it will be refunded to you in full.
If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Registrar’s Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
